Internet Access Spotty

I’m having verry bad intrnet connectivity at home.  I’m not certian if it is the cable company, or if it is my hardware as of yet.   If you have trouble getting ahold of me via IM, or E-Mail try the old fashioned method, the telephone.  I’ll try to post something more on here once I know what the heck is going on.
